Local 507 Painters and Tapers, (Espanol Abajo)

There is an additional way to ensure you pay your union dues. Attached as a PDF file is an authorization for automatic payments of union dues from your OE Federal Union Savings Account.

How it works:

• Please fill out the authorization card attached, ensure it is signed
• Must be current with your June 2021 dues minimum
  • If you are paid in advance, you can still sign up. For example, if you are paid through the end of 2021, you can still sign up. We will begin collecting union dues once your first month is owed.
• Email back the signed authorization card by Friday, June 11st 2021, to Judith Mendoza Aguilar at judy@dc16sj.org.
• You will be added to the list
• Deductions are made on the 5th of every month, starting July 5th, 2021
  • Make sure to have the funds prior to the of 5th of every month
• If funds were not obtained, we would call you around halfway into the month once we know who did not have sufficient funds
  • It is the responsibility of each member to have sufficient funds in their savings account to pay for their union dues

Como funciona:

  • Si usted ha pagado por adelantado, puede ingresar a pagos automáticos. Por ejemplo, usted pagó hasta Diciembre 2021 puede llenar la solicitud de pagos automáticos. Los retiros de su cuenta inicia cuando venza su cuota.
• Envíe por correo electrónico la autorización antes del Viernes, 11 de junio 2021 a  Judith Mendoza Aguilar al judy@dc16sj.org.
• Será agregado a la lista
• Los retiros son cada 5to dia del mes, comenzando con el 5 de julio 2021
  • Asegurarse de tener los fondos antes del 5to de cada mes
• Si no se pudo retirar los fondos para la cuota le llamaremos a mediados del mes, cuando recibimos la información de quien no tuvo los fondos necesarios
  • Es la responsabilidad de cada miembro el tener los fondos necesarios en su cuenta de ahorros para pagar las cuotas de la unión
