Are You Ok?

Posted January 31, 2022

Are you Ok? That can be a tough question to answer for a lot of us sometimes….

I know there have been times I was not OK in my life. I have come to learn it’s OK to not be OK. The tricky part is talking about it and finding help. Luckily for US there is a program we have as Union members called IUPAT Helping Hands. The IUPAT has recognized that there is a need for help in dealing with Suicide and Substance Abuse. For more information, please follow the link below. https://finishingfirstlmci.com/iupathelpinghand/

Remember it’s OK to need a Helping Hand, especially when we are in a crisis. I hope everyone takes advantage of this resource as our Industry has some of the Highest numbers in Substance abuse and Suicide.

As always Take care of yourself and each other.

In Solidarity,
Bob Llewellyn
Business Representative
