LU 487 Sweatshirts!

Posted December 9, 2021

Brothers and Sisters,

It’s getting closer to the end of the year and I wanted to remind everyone to send in payment for the Local 487 Life Insurance. The cost per month is locked in at $5.05 per month, that is $60.60 for the year. We are asking that you send in the payment for the whole year if you can that way you don’t have to worry about it until the end of next year. If you have any questions about this please call the office.

I also wanted to remind everyone about the cancelation of the Annual Holiday Dinner. This year we are going to have a drive thru to pick up Local 487 sweatshirt. The drive thru will be from 2:30 pm to 6:30pm on Monday December 13, 2021. Come out and pick up your sweatshirt. If you can’t make it call the office. Please keep in mind that we will only have 1 sweatshirt per member to make sure all get one.

Although work has been slower than the past few years, things look good for the future. I know there a lot of members not working right now but the work is coming and hopefully it keeps coming. I want to wish you and your families a Happy Holiday season and hope that the new year brings you all joy and happiness.

Happy Holidays from your Local 487 Executive Board and the District Council 16 staff in Sacramento!
